Capital Is Still Available
Woodbridge Financing Services targets lenders by using the most current sources for research into investors interested in your industry. Our financing professionals are experienced in raising capital for growth or other recapitalization purposes - and have completed over $540 million in financing transactions for middle-market companies.
Woodbridge will identify and contact a variety of lenders on your behalf and help to negotiate the structure and terms of the transaction. There is financing available for companies with growth prospects or unencumbered assets. Our relationships with lenders and exhaustive research uncover the best sources of capital so you can seize the opportunity to grow.
We can also raise unsecured financing such as sub-debt, mezzanine and bridge. This type of financing typically offers a period of interest-only payments in exchange for some equity. And if you're looking for a minority equity investor, we can find that too.
Woodbridge Group provides financing services to companies that have a minimum of $5 million in annual sales and $1 million in EBITDA,
or at least $5 million in assets available as collateral. If you are a manufacturer, service provider, retailer or distributor, we can assist you in securing the type and amount of capital you need.
We work with companies, both profitable or currently restructuring, in virtually all industries that are seeking capital, with the exception of companies in these industries: Construction, Biotech and Real Estate Development.
