Woodbridge’s capital raising group arranges both senior debt and subordinated debt and equity capital to companies with a minimum of $5 million in annual sales and $1 million in EBITDA, or at least $5 million in assets available as collateral. The capital raising engagements Woodbridge is typically involved with are for funding growth, acquisition financing, shareholder buyouts, recapitalization for partial liquidity and bank refinancing. Types of debt and equity raises include bank debt, sub-debt, mezzanine, bridge and common or preferred equity.
