Woodbridge Group is seeking experienced M&A affiliate dealmakers to work with us in the following cities:

  • Chicago
  • Dallas
  • Denver
  • Houston
  • Miami
  • Minneapolis
  • Seattle
  • Tampa

Description

Our dealmakers focus on creating an auction for each of our sell-side client-companies, in addition to negotiating and closing the transaction. They receive steady dealflow and benefit from the support of a growing organization.

Woodbridge Group dealmakers are free to focus on serving clients directly and are not required to write descriptive memoranda, develop financial presentations, conduct potential buyer research or market client-companies.

The dealmaker receives training in our proven sell-side process and is required to diligently execute this process for each client assigned to him or her.

One of our affiliate dealmakers closed his first deal within six months and received a highly competitive level of compensation.

Qualifications

  • Successfully closed multiple M&A transactions
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Ability to work independently but within a team-based approach
  • High-integrity, focused and operates with a sense of urgency
  • Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses a plus but not mandatory.
