Wooda H. McNiven
Senior Financial Analyst
Wooda is a business valuation analyst, business writer and producer of corporate and industrial videos. Since leaving active duty service in the United States Navy, Wooda has focused primarily on business valuations for merger and acquisition purposes but also for estate and tax purposes. He is an Accredited Valuation Analyst through the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Wooda earned an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BFA from New York University in film & video production. He is a Persian Gulf War veteran and still holds a commission as a Commander in the United States Naval Reserve. |

Lisa’s talent for writing both compelling and accurate sell-side books gives Woodbridge Group’s clients a distinct advantage over other sellers in presenting their company to prospective buyers. Her professional background includes extensive experience in launching new technology solutions in both consumer and business-to-business markets. She has held senior sales and marketing positions at several IT companies and managed strategic sales and marketing initiatives for Simon & Schuster’s newsletter division. Lisa is the author of two books on online auctions and numerous business articles. She holds a BS in Communications from Northeastern University and a Master’s degree in French from the Sorbonne. |

Jorge Duque
Senior Business Analyst
Jorge brings a diverse background in international business to Woodbridge Group. He is responsible for conducting industry research to identify buyers for our sell-side clients and managing the firm's IT resources. Before joining the firm, he served as a financial and administrative manager for Cadena S.A., Colombia's second largest printing and direct marketing company. In the mid-1990s, he worked as a business analyst and exports manager for several leading food and consumer product companies in the U.S. and South America. Jorge holds an MBA from the Universidad de los Andes, Bogota, Colombia and a BS in Computer Science Engineering from the Universidad EAFIT, Medellin, Colombia. |

William Dintzis, M.D.
Business Analyst
Bill is a board-certified pediatrician with a background in healthcare IT and operations. He worked as a pediatrician and medical director/physician in several outpatient academic and community settings and, in the late 1990's, co-founded a healthcare IT company. In addition to being a published writer and editor, Bill has consulted for clients such as Johns Hopkins Hospital, CITcs, and other IT firms and departments. He earned a BA in Psychology from Harvard College, an M.D. from the University of Vermont College of Medicine, and completed his residency and fellowship in Pediatrics/ Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Yale University School of Medicine. |

Catherine M. Bucci
Senior Associate
Catherine joined Woodbridge Group in 2005 and handles a range of activities in support of the firm’s dealmaking activities. Her expertise includes conducting telephone marketing campaigns and research related to sell-side and buy-side mandates. Prior to becoming a part of the Woodbridge Group team, Catherine worked in customer service for PHS Healthnet and earlier in the accounting department for Cartier. |

Diana Welch
Senior Associate
Diana is responsible for researching and launching Woodbridge Group client marketing campaigns and manages ad placement in relevant trade and financial journals. She is also instrumental to Woodbridge Group’s business development initiatives. Previously, Diana worked in customer service and purchasing for Tetley Inc., and earlier in the Consumer Loan Department at Connecticut National Bank. |

Thomas McKeown
Business Development Manager
Prior to joining Woodbridge Tom worked in middle-market M&A deal origination at Franklin Hamilton, where he assisted a variety of companies with acquisition, divestiture and capital raising needs. Earlier in his career, Tom worked at a New York-based turn-around advisory firm, where he focused on financing for early-mid stage businesses and on commercial real estate developments in the U.S and Latin America. Mr. McKeown was also securities trader with Chimera Capital. He holds a BA in International Economics and International Media and Communication from the School of Foreign Affairs at The George Washington University. |

Jorge Colin
Business Development, Mexico
Mr. Colín has 30 years of experience in finance and planning. He has held senior positions at Grupo Financiero Banorte, the fourth largest financial group in Mexico and previously served as Managing Director on Staff Financiero consulting firm. Jorge was also head of the financial planning department in Banpaís Bank. Mr. Colín holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, both from Tecnologico de Monterrey, and also graduated from Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección-Harvard in the Senior Management program. |

Warren Burkholder
Senior Valuation Advisor, CBI, CBA, ASA, ABAR
Prior to his 20 years as an appraiser Warren served as president of the Cadbury North America division of Cadbury Schweppes and president of Curtis Candy. He began his career with Procter & Gamble after graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree iin Chemical Engineering. Warren is an Accredited Senior Appraiser, ASA, in Business Valuation with the American Society of Appraisers; a Certified Business Appraiser, CBA, and Accredited in Business Appraisal Review, ABAR by the Institute of Business Appraisers; and a Certified Business Intermediary with the International Business Brokers Association.
