Woodbridge Group Adds Waste Industry Team.

New Haven, Connecticut – March 16, 2009 - Woodbridge Group, LLC., an innovative marketing-driven mergers and acquisitions firm serving middle market companies, is pleased to announce the formation of its Waste Services Industry team of dealmakers. David Turgeon and David Walsh have both held executive positions in the Waste Industry and have completed numerous mergers and acquisition transactions involving middle market companies.
The $55 billion U.S. Waste industry encompasses everything from composting equipment to hazardous waste handling systems to transfer station solutions.
Prior to joining Woodbridge Group, Mr. Turgeon managed Operations and Business Development for Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc. and United Site Services. He has been involved in over 150 acquisitions with an acquisition value of over $500 million. His ability to build strong market positions that drive cash has applicability to many businesses.

Mr. Walsh has been involved in acquisition, integration and divestiture from an operating perspective for 25 years. Before joining Woodbridge, he served as vice president of sales at United Site Services, the largest portable sanitation provider in the U.S. Throughout his career David has made significant operating and revenue improvements in a variety of senior roles with Thermo Electron, Emerson Electric, GE and Iron Mountain.
