  Woodbridge Group Opens St. Louis Office

New Haven, Connecticut – March 26, 2007 – To better serve its clients in the Midwest and Southeast, Woodbridge Group, LLC., an innovative middle market mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the opening of its new St. Louis office. Heading up the office will be Paul G. Sabo, a seasoned M&A dealmaker and marketing executive based in central Missouri.

Mr. Sabo brings a wealth of business experience and an outstanding track record of closing deals to Woodbridge Group’s clients. Prior to joining Woodbridge Group, he worked with several St. Louis-based advisory firms including CheckMark Capital and Crown Capital Corporation, where he completed numerous sell-side transactions and helped to develop a $100 million private equity fund. Mr. Sabo also worked for Ralston Purina for nearly 20 years as vice president of business development.
