New Haven, Connecticut – January 15, 2007 - Woodbridge Group, LLC., an international middle market mergers and acquisitions firm, is looking for dealmakers with a proven track record of closing mergers and acquisitions transactions.

The firm is seeking dealmakers based in Connecticut, California, Illinois and Florida. Woodbridge Group serves clients in a variety of industries and focuses on transactions valued at $5 million - $50 million.

Woodbridge Group takes a team approach to each assignment - with a talented professional staff to handle research, writing materials, financial analysis and marketing of the transaction.

The dealmaker's focus will be negotiating and closing transactions and advising the client throughout the process. The right candidate will have closed multiple M&A transactions, minimum of 12 years of business experience, have strong analytical, financial, organiza-
tional and people skills and be a self-driven individual with the ability to work in a team environment. Series 7 and 63 licenses a plus but not mandatory.
