Woodbridge Group Adds New Senior Dealmaker

New Haven, Connecticut – May 31, 2007 – Woodbridge Group, Inc., an innovative middle-market mergers and acquisitions firm, has hired a new senior vice president John E. Mullen, who will work directly with clients on their transactions.
Mr. Mullen has nearly 30 years of experience in a variety of capacities with middle- market companies. Prior to joining Woodbridge Group, he was president and founder of Mullen & Company, Inc., an investment banking firm for privately-held companies. John has overseen both the sale and purchase of middle-market companies, and functioned as a CEO, CFO and director. Prior to his career in investment banking, John was a commercial banking officer, and earlier on, a land-planning consultant. He holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts and an M.A. in Economics/Finance from Trinity College. He is a Series 7 and 63 Registered Securities Representative and a Series 24 Registered Principal.
